WHAT IS BEER PAIRING?
Beer pairing is about considering the meal experience as a whole and matching Burgers with beers to find just the right fit. At The Huggy’s Bar, we’ve fully embraced the concept: each one of our THBEERS is designed to complement our 43 gourmet Burgers. Our in-house beer expert knows the chemical and biochemical processes inside out and will create the perfect pairing just for you.
A successful pairing is about matching beer and Burger according to flavour, strength and balance. “When the beer enhances the Burger and the Burger enhances the beer, it’s a delight for the palate,” says Virginie, the brains behind our THBEERS.
